A Virtual Reality (VR)-Based Patient Simulator Added to the Educational Facilities of Sirjan Faculty of Medical Sciences

 

According to the Public Relations Office of the Vice-Chancellery for Education and Research, an advanced Virtual Reality (VR)-based patient simulator has been added to the educational facilities of Sirjan Faculty of Medical Sciences.

 

The introduction of this innovative technology marks an important step toward the development of educational infrastructure and the enhancement of learning quality in the field of medical sciences.

 

By providing a safe, interactive environment that closely resembles real clinical settings, the VR simulator enables faculty members and students to experience a wide range of clinical scenarios without limitations of time and location, strengthen their practical skills, and gain greater preparedness for مواجهing real-life clinical cases.

 

The addition of this device to the Faculty’s educational equipment reflects the management’s commitment to modernizing and updating teaching methods in line with international standards. It is hoped that this advanced technology will play an effective role in enhancing the scientific knowledge and practical competencies of learners at Sirjan Faculty of Medical Sciences.
