The Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education supervises Sirjan School of Medical Sciences and Health Care Services. Founded in 1387, this school offers an associate degree in emergency medicine under the supervision of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. After becoming independent in 2017, the Sirjan School of Medical Sciences and Healthcare Services operates under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education

During the past decade, the school has grown significantly with new departments including Environmental Health Engineering, Occupational Medicine, Laboratory Sciences, Nursing, Intelligence, Public Health, and Midwifery. Approximately 700 students and 63 faculty members are currently enrolled

A general medicine program was approved in June 2021 at Sirjan School of Medical Sciences under the supervision of Kerman University of Medical Sciences, and 45 medical students are currently studying there
