With its four subdivisions (Human Resources, Budget, Financial Affairs, and Support), the Office of Management Development and Resource Planning strives to develop the organization and its management, and improve the management of human, financial, physical, and informational resources. Using the most efficient management and administration methods and systems, it is extending this mission to other vice-chancellor's offices and departments at this university.
