Students are assigned a Room Condition Report for each semester or academic year and the room and furnishings will be returned in accordance with that report. In the event that any furniture is damaged or fractioned, the transferee assumes responsibility

In the dormitory, any disturbances that cause discomfort (such as making noise, fighting, putting up/increasing the volume of the TV, radio, and music) are prohibited

Possession, purchase, sale, distribution, use, and abuse of illegal items, such as gambling supplies, illegal CDs or tapes, warm and cold weapons, all forms of opiates, psychotropic medications, and drug abuse, are generally prohibited, and violators will be dealt with according to the rules and regulations issued by the disciplinary committee of the student body
